An understanding of the US and International Mental Health Impacts of Marginalized Communities
Working knowledge of Trauma-Informed Yoga Therapy Models: kosha, polyvagal & gunas
Practice using yoga therapy models and the window of tolerance to assist students and clients when dysregulated
Co-regulation and self-regulation tools
Trauma-informed yoga sequences for resilience, emotional release, and modifications for this trauma-sensitive population
Trauma-informed yoga instruction guidance for this trauma-sensitive population
How to create your own trauma-informed yoga program or nonprofit
Weekend training: 20 CEs for YA and IAYT

Tuition for the Training:

Pricing after June 1st: $225November 7 - 9:
Friday 4:30 - 6:30 pm MT, Saturday & Sunday 10am - 4pm MTPlan 10 hours for reading articles and books before after and during the training. Book costs are approximately $60.
