Who am I?
I am Gina M Barrett, MIA, C-IAYT, ERYT 200, a multi book author, eastern movement instructor and trauma-informed Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapist. I have been sharing sacred sexuality and trauma-informed workshops, trainings, private sessions and retreats internationally for over 25 years.
Over this time, I have assisted thousands of individuals, LGBQTIA+ and couples with sexual assault and domestic violence trauma, connection, fulfilling life goals, creating a spiritual lifestyle, as well as sex reeducation (sacred sexuality/tantra).
