Feels so good to be adding foods back into my diet.

I had a bit of a traumatic experience yesterday that involved my safety.

Fear definitely took over as I was being verbally assaulted by a very aggressive homeless man who was either mentally ill or withdrawing from drugs or both.

I had my cell phone on me, but in the moment of getting away to safety, it had completely slipped my mind.
__________

When I was safely in my car, I pulled out my phone & called the police. It wasn’t until then that I realized there was no cell service.

Hike alone, but don’t be stupid like me. I had my dogs with me & they stayed close. They formed a tight pack around me. I think I had some security it that.

Play safe this summer. There are a lot of people in desperate need out there. .
