Morning
10 - 11:30 a.m. Qigong, meditation, yoga and/or nature walk
Afternoon
1 - 2:30 p.m. Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy Session or Group, Aromatherapy or Life Coaching
4 - 5 p.m. Art, Music or Horse Therapy
Free time to relax and reflect in nature
Evening
Rest, Music, Dance, Plan Healthy Meals, Walks in Nature
Guests will have days off during the week to integrate the treatments and therapies, explore the area, take an extended hike or a deep rest. Practitioners will adjust the guest retreat based on the guest’s individual needs.
