As we all emerge from the pandemic at own own unique pace, many are feeling a bit socially awkward or, feel like they need a break from the pod. Re-entering slowly, then retreating.
Here is an opportunity to change things up a bit and learn some valuable life skills. Together, we will practice sacred sexuality and Taoist sexual practices with tantra yoga, qigong, sound, meditation, breath, and bodywork. We will also develop effective communication skills that lead to harmony in relationships. Enliven your energy body this summer and enroll in the whole series!
